How much does shipping cost?

 

At the Coastal Vibe Collective online storefront checkout you will have the option to choose between two flat shipping rates:

 

WITHIN CANADA

 

1. A standard shipping option with no tracking (Small/Large Packet Shipping) for $4.50 - $5.50 anywhere within Canada.

2. Shipping with tracking for $15 to anywhere within Canada. This option will allow you to track your order to your door. 

 

WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

 

1. A standard shipping option with no tracking (Small/Large Packet Shipping) for 8.50$  anywhere within the USA.

2. Shipping with tracking for $18 to anywhere within the USA. This option will allow you to track your order to your door. 

 

Please note that for orders destined to the USA  you might be liable for applicable custom and import fees when the items arrive. 

 

If you happen to be in our lovely province of Nova Scotia you can also select “Free Local Pickup” as your shipping option at the checkout. Don’t forget to bring in your receipt at pickup along with a valid form of ID.

 

 

How long will it take for my order to process and arrive?

 

Orders are usually processed within 3 business days and items usually arrive within 3-9 business days once they are shipped. Keep in mind that occasionally processing times might take up to 5 business days due to higher than normal order volumes. 

 

In addition, if you opt to pay for tracking at the checkout we will send you a tracking number and you will be able to look up the status of your order at any point in time.

Can I track my order?

 

Of course! You can track any order by selecting the shipping with tracking option at the checkout. For simplicity, we charge a $15 flat fee for shipping with tracking to any destination within Canada and 18$ to any destination in the USA.

 

We will keep you updated via email while we complete your order and we will send you a tracking number so you can track your order what to your door. If you select Small/Large Packet Shipping option you will not be able to track your package.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?  

 

Coastal Vibe Collective currently ships exclusively within North America. 

 

Shipping outside of North America is not part of our short-term plan. However, don’t be discouraged. We promise we will let you know the minute it becomes possible to ship our products internationally.

 

 

I shipped without tracking and my package hasn’t shown up. What should I do?

 

Hey, don’t sweat it! In the unlikely event that your package was lost we will take the time to individually look into each case.  To report your lost package just email us at info@coastalvibecollective.com.

 

If you haven’t received your order after the 9 day waiting period your package might simply be delayed.  Depending on the time of the year, non-tracked packages can take a little longer to arrive because of weather or higher than normal shipping volumes at Canada Post.

 

After a 3 week waiting period, if your package has still not arrived due to improper address, change of address or incomplete address we will charge you the shipping fee again and re-send you your order once the item has been returned to us by Canada Post. 

 

We are not responsible if an item is lost due to theft, improper address, incomplete address or change of address.
