Euphoria Ecstatic Dance Booking Policy We are committed to providing a seamless, enjoyable experience for all attendees of Euphoria Ecstatic Dance. Please read the following booking policies to ensure a smooth and positive experience. 1. Ticket Booking: Tickets for Euphoria Ecstatic Dance events are available for purchase online via our website and may be subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance, as events can sell out quickly. 2. Payment: All tickets must be paid for at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit card and electronic transfers. Your ticket will be confirmed once payment is received. 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. However, if you are unable to attend the event, we offer a transfer of your ticket to another person with prior notice (minimum 48 hours before the event). If the event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event. No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. 4. Transfers & Changes: If you are unable to attend an event and would like to transfer your ticket, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We will assist with transferring your ticket to someone else. For any changes to your booking (e.g., upgrading your ticket type or adding extra services), please reach out via email at least 48 hours before the event. 5. Arriving at the Event: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to check-in and settle in. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until an appropriate moment during the session to enter. 6. Health & Safety: Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness. We ask that you respect the health and well-being of all attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who appears intoxicated or disruptive. Euphoria Ecstatic Dance is a sober and inclusive environment, and we ask that all participants respect this. 7. Behavior: We promote a space of openness, respect, and positivity. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment or disruptive actions, will not be tolerated, and violators may be asked to leave without a refund. 8. Privacy & Photography: Please respect the privacy of others. No unauthorized photography or filming is allowed during the event unless otherwise specified.
