What can I return?

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the look and fit of your Coastal Vibe Collective clothing. If for any reason you are not happy with an item just send it back to us for a full refund.

 

To be eligible for a full refund the item simply must return back to us within 14 days of the day it was originally delivered to you.  Please include a copy of your receipt for proof of purchase.

 

Any item purchased at full price can be returned as long as the article(s) is:

 

â–ª Unused

â–ª Unworn

â–ª Unaltered

â–ª Has all original hangtags

 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for any returned item (except in the case of a damaged item or wrong item received). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

 

What cannot be returned?

 

â–ª Any item(s) that was/were not purchased at full price. This includes both sale and promotional items.

 

â–ª Worn, washed, altered, without the original hangtags articles cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost

 

If you ship an un-returnable item back to us, you have 30 days from when you initially received the item to purchase a ship charge and have the item sent back to you. If you cannot be reached within your provided contact information within that 30 day period, the item will not be sent back to you.

 

 

How do I return an item?

 

To initiate the return process, please email us at info@coastalvibecollective.com with the information below and we will respond to you with further instructions and get the return process started for you as quickly as possible!

If you are shipping an item over $75 we highly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

How long will it take for Coastal Vibe Collective to process my return?

 

Once we receive the returned product you will be credited the amount you paid for the returned item (excluding original return charges), including taxes, as soon as possible. We aim to process returns within 3 to 5 business days.

 

We work diligently to process your returns as quickly as possible. However, at any point in time feel free to contact us at info@coastalvibecollective for an update on the status of your return.
