What can I exchange?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the look and fit of your Coastal Vibe Collective clothing. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, you can return it and we will cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
You can exchange any regular full priced item available on our website for a different size or color of the same item as long as the article(s) is:
â–ª Unused
â–ª Unworn
â–ª Unaltered
â–ª Has all original hangtags
For the time being, exchanges are only available exclusively for orders that ship within Canada.
What cannot be exchanged?
The majority of our items can be exchanged with the exception of:
â–ª Any item(s) that was/were not purchased at full price. This includes both sale and promotional items.
â–ª Worn, washed, altered, without the original hangtags articles cannot be returned and will be shipped back to you at your cost.
How do I exchange an item?
To initiate the exchange process, please email us at info@coastalvibecollective.com with the information below and we will respond to you with further instructions and get the exchange process started for you as quickly as possible!

What is your timeline for exchanges?
Exchanges are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In other words, the item to be exchanged simply must arrive back to us within 30 days from the date the order was originally placed by you.
What kind of exchange shipping charges should I expect?
In the eventuality of an exchange, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item to us for exchange. Coastal Vibe Collective will cover the cost of shipping the new item out to you.
If the original item shipped out is damaged or incorrect through no default of the customer, Coastal Vibe Collective will assume responsibility for all shipping costs associated with returning the damaged and/or incorrect.
